Heritage Madurai exceeded my expectations with its spacious and green surroundings that felt like a peaceful retreat. The attentive staff made our stay truly enjoyable, and dining options were fantastic. However, the large size of the resort might lack that intimate touch for some guests, and room service could be slow during busy periods.

The hotel is quite lovely, surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a distinctly resort feel. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, but they could benefit from a deeper clean. The breakfast service needs improvement, as there were times we had to wait too long for replenishments.
